I had a shower leak in my new home and hadn't established a plumbing company yet. I called these guys on Saturday. They returned my call that same day, which I thought was above and beyond. They were able to schedule me within the week. Even though they were super busy due to the cold snap, they were fair, honest, and took the time to answer my questions!
We had a real mess under the kitchen sink with a faulty, leaking water filter and garbage disposal. Tim sent a plumber who installed the new disposal and repaired the broken, leaky pipes. Plus, he removed part of the floorboard that was pulpy and smelly. Later, when the circuit breaker popped, he sent a crew to check out the install and fixed the wiring at no charge. All and all, a great local service.
My water heater was leaking and blew a circuit. I needed a new one ASAP. I called Tim’s. They were not only super nice and helpful over the phone but were also able to schedule me for that afternoon! Tim came to provide a variety of small plumbing services. He was prompt, professional, fast, and did a great job. He didn't mind providing a little homeowner tutorial concerning the service. They fit me in quickly in a limited window of service that worked for me, which I also consider exceptional, especially for, what I consider, a "small" job. I would recommend their service based on my initial experience.
Excellent company! The guys were excellent and worked quickly. I didn't get a big bill like you would if you called Roto-rooter. That's a mistake I made and won't make again now that I found Tim's Plumbing. Call them if you want it done the right way.
